I do not recommend the restaurant at all for these reasons. 1. Today, August 19, 2023, at 9:30 p.m., we have gone to this restaurant for dinner. To our surprise, when we sat down and after about 20 minutes, trying to call the waiters (being the Argentine waiter and the German waitress) finally, the German waitress came to serve us and told us, ARE YOU ALREADY THINKING ABOUT THE FOOD? DO YOU CARE THAT I PREPARE THE TABLES AND NOW DO I TAKE NOTE OF YOU? That is to say that you are not going to attend to me, but that you are going to set up new tables. We have not had reaction time, when he was already leaving. After spending another 10 minutes, he has finally come to take note. 2- There were not so many tables, and the Departure time for both waiters and food has been very slow. 3- After eating the starters and coming another main dish, we have asked to change the ARGENTINE WAITER, the dishes please, since they were stained with their respective cutlery, since the main dish was going to taste like the previous dishes. Well, his answer has been, GOOD AS THEY WANT, with a bad face, not wanting to change them. It has made him very bad. THIS RESTAURANT IS CALLED CAS SAFRÁ GASTROBAR ON PASSATJE BALADRE STREET,3 CALA BLANCA. Minorca. Very disappointed with the service of the waiters. Magnificent experience taking advantage of our vacations in CALA BLANCA, everything we ate was remarkable, both the lobster stew croquettes and the grilled octopus that we had as starters were delicious, as well as the turbot loin, the grilled ray with lime mayonnaise and the duck confit that we took as seconds, desserts also very good. Sorry for not sharing the many positive reviews, and despite the kindness of the welcome, this restaurant is a disappointment. Located in an uninteresting and dilapidated district, the setting, the pale lighting, the decor are not engaging. Then the cuisine is surprising because it is disconnected from the season and the place: why are the vegetables in all the dishes made up of corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, mushrooms and overcooked broccoli? And why drown the fish under a béchamel sauce decorated with industrial balsamic sprays? No, all of this definitely lacks simplicity and authenticity for a substantial budget...
