The question is: Would I go back? Surely! A friendly environment and feeling at home is worth more than many other things. This informal restaurant, discovered through a friend, is very cozy, clean and with a pleasant environment, the feeling I had was as if I felt at home. Alessandra was very kind in serving us and attentive to our every request. As regards the all you can ribs formula, I must say that it was a pleasant discovery, as the meat is cooked through the CBT vacuum technique and is juicy and soft, retaining all the juices through the same and enhanced in output through various different and particular toppings (well appreciated). I really liked the BBQ sauce as it doesn 't pinch the throat, like in many other restaurants that use industrial sauce. In short, when things are made at home, you can feel the difference, but above all it is very competitive with the price. I will be curious to try the other proposals on the menu. Interesting discovery in the Prati area, I will return.
