Pizza Hut - Clackamas County

Hi my name is ERICA, I ordered a large half Hawaiian half pepperoni and was not asked or given an option for a crust the guy was very very rude then tells me they already made the crust hand toss which I didn 't ask for won 't order from here again. Then had the nerve yell WHAT !!!!! as if I was lying.

It’s ok I guess What I don’t understand is why the store wants a delivery fee and then I gotta tip as well? They don’t even tell you til you’re done ordering.Also u can’t tip once you’re done so I had to dig through my change bucket.

What a scam, a 10pc cheese bread stick order is cut in half so now it 's a 20 Piece disgusting business practices.

Had been watching basketball a good portion of the day. Constant commercials about a 12.99 any topping pizza. Sold me. Ordered Xtra cheese and pineapple. 24 something they told me. I asked about the commercial deal. Dropped it down to 14 something. Bad advertising/communication. And what happened to their deep dish crust? Been awhile since going there. Bit more now. Probably be dead.

They make me the best pepperoni melts with Xtra marinara sauce here and the manager remembers me, she is always friendly when I come in.
