Mod Pizza - Clackamas

This is my second visit, and I was hoping for a better experience than my first. There weren't many people waiting, yet my order took almost 30 minutes to arrive when I was told it would be ready in just 10 minutes. When it finally came, my pizza was burnt. My initial experience was also disappointing; I ordered a cheese pizza and cheesy garlic bread for curbside pickup. After receiving a notification that my order was ready, I waited 15 minutes for my food. When I got home, I discovered I had received two cheesy garlic breads instead of my cheese pizza. I definitely will not be returning!

About 10 months ago I ordered a pizza here. I showed up and they were a sloppy mess. Tons of people waiting. Tickets laying all over the dirty floor. They couldn't find my order and it was supposed to be ready before I got there. So I had to cancel and get food somewhere else. Last night I decided to give them another chance. I show up 40 minutes after I ordered. I show up, its dead inside hardly any people. Pizza should for sure be there. NOPE! They didn't have my order even though I paid for it already. They didn't offer to do anything. make it right away nothing. Just said sorry we don't have it and went back to what they were doing!?!? All the employees looked sloppy with bad hygiene. Never coming back. This was their next chance and yuck. I was kind of glad they lost the order because they are all a mess.

Slowest moving employees at any restaurant. Their uniform policy includes wearing nasty dirty basketball shorts. Gross Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They were so severely understaffed that it ruined every part of the experience. My pizza was ready nearly an hour after the time the order website said it would be. The order was wrong, and it was cold by the time it was handed to me. Staff should be able to turn off online orders when they are understaffed. I hope someone at MOD corporate reads this and allows that. Service: Take out

The pizza is really thin, yet I think that its the perfect size, an entire pizza with thick crust is just too much. I can see how people would be annoyed over that, but for me it's pretty much perfect. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4
