Neighborhood Grill Catering Clanton

We dined at the restaurant tonight and Gavin was our server. He is truly exceptional! He is always friendly and is very knowledgeable about the menu. We were celebrating a special occasion for our son and Gavin recommended the Toll House Pie with ice cream for dessert, which was delicious. Be sure to ask for Gavin when you visit. My family visits Neighborhood Grill multiple times a week. We have never been let down by the food. The service is excellent, especially from Cassidy. She always remembers our drink orders and takes great care of us. We always request her as our server and feel lucky when she is able to serve us. The Chilton Chicken was slightly overcooked and included canned mushrooms, but the flavor was excellent. The broccoli had a unique lemon twist, while the coleslaw was deliciously creamy, cool, and crisp.

My wife and I ate here a few months ago as we were frequent customers, knew they offered great service and great food. Well this time we were highly disappointed. Not a busy day which was unusual, we were seated immediately. We order shortly after being seated and greeted by our server. Roughly 10 minutes after we?re seated, a party of 5 were seated. Really great service and solid offerings. You can tell there is a caterer behind this establishment as they care about the food and flavor. We've never had a long wait and appreciate the emphasis on good service and satisfaction. This is a great selection for a family meal at really reasonable prices.
