I stopped by the pub for a morning coffee and found it to be a lovely spot with great service and delicious coffee. Thank you! I was also surprised to see the exterior of the new hotel that has been built behind the old pub I've driven past for years. Overall, I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 4.

This restaurant is ideally located between Worthing and Brighton. I received a warm welcome from a polite and hardworking young man. The rooms are situated at the back of the building, away from the noise of the road, and they are both comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, although there was no fruit available. I would have rated it four stars, but I was disappointed when I inquired about dinner and was told no more orders were being taken, despite it being before 8:30 PM. It's not acceptable for a hotel guest to be denied access to a meal. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 3, and the location a 4.

We stayed in Room 2, which was a spacious and cozy bedroom that stayed warm even without the heater. The bathroom was also a good size. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast, served by the friendly and welcoming staff who genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Although the restaurant was closed on Sunday night when we stayed, the staff kindly recommended a nearby place to eat, so it was no problem at all. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location a perfect 5 out of 5, and the hotel offers great value.

We are here for my Grandad's and my birthday a few weeks ago. It was such a lovely meal, the food was fantastic and the service was even better!! My Grandad is blind and the chap serving us could not have done more and been more helpful! Right down to seeing if my Grandad needed a drink when his glass was empty. He really was amazing with us!! We will definitely be returning and we would definitely highly recommend!! Service: 5 Location: 5

Pub on A27 on the outskirts of Worthing. It looks a bit tired inside and not much atmosphere. Service okay but choice of beers limited.
