It's thrown all over the bag and touching the outside of the boxes with the other food. That's not sanitary at all- feels like I'm eating Covid. Bringing it home to reheat and eat. Here's a suggestion: use bigger boxes that can hold the entire meal when someone orders a value basket. Also I'm not even going to get started on my honey mustard dipping sauce that was ordered but didn't get. It's printed clear as day on the receipt that it was ordered.
Always great hot food. I never really had a bad experience here. Moat places I tell them please no pickle and light condiments. I'll be dated if I dint get pickle and fully loaded with ketchup mustard oozing g out every where. Do people really make there own food at home like that? So much it drips!!
This location had the best fish fillet sandwich I've had at Culver's and I'm a frequent flyer while I travel. Beautiful white and flaking. The fish fillet even seemed larger than I'm used to... Regardless, I was very satisfied. Highly recommend the Atlantic Cod Sandwich.
I have eaten Culver's for years including this location. They are always good. However, this time that was not the case. I had a dog in the car so I ate in my car. The food was very hot and the drink was good. I tried the fries first, they were very salty. I can understand that. Then I took a bite of the butter burger.... OMG I thought I had just bit into a bag of salt water. I rinsed it down with my soda thinking the salt taste was from the fries. I tried the burger again.....SALTY again! I just threw it away. I would normally give it to my dog but not this time. I was very disappointed.
We arrived at lunchtime on a weekend, and Culver?s was very busy. They only had one register open, and service was slow. With that said, everyone working was working hard. Food was good and fresh, and our large order was all correct.
