21 Choices Frozen Yogurt - Claremont

I'm really frustrated! This is the third time I've ordered online to have my meal ready when I arrive, and each time I've been told they didn't see my order. As a result, I have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how busy they are, for them to prepare my food. Maybe they should consider placing their online order system in a more visible location!

A friend recommended this place to us after we had dinner and were craving something sweet. The line was quite long, but it gave me a chance to look at all the different flavors, so I didn’t mind waiting. There were so many options, including vegan and dairy-free choices. The service was quick and straightforward—no greeting, just focused on taking our order. I believe you can ask for samples too. I decided on one of their mix-ins called the Chunky Hippo, which has an adorable name. It’s a mix of s'mores, pretzels, caramel, and sea salt, and I added some strawberries to it. I watched as the employee chopped and blended all the ingredients together. I'm glad I chose a small size because it was quite rich! I thought the ice cream was absolutely delicious, though I didn’t get to try anything else—hopefully, I’ll have the chance next time. There are plenty of chairs outside for people to sit and enjoy their treats, but the inside space is mostly just enough for the line.

First in foremost I want to say that Sarah the blonde girl that made our deserts was great, her level of cleanliness was impeccable!!!! The more heavyset female was not and therefor I had to ask her not to make my cup of frozen yogurt. She was also very rude and all due to her sloppiness and lack of care I hope to hear from management as well from this post because this store was disgusting, the floors were covered in toppings and utensils were dropped twice and put back where clean ones were being held. This is so sad that I came for quality service and walked out never wanting to come back!

It is one of the two 21 Choices Frozen Yogurt establishments, that are located in Claremont. This one is located in downtown area of Claremont. I have been here once, it was in June of 2022. They had a good selection of Frozen Yogurts and Ice Creams. The yogurt, that I have ordered, was delicious and well-made. The line to order was not long, and it was moving fast. The staff, who worked on that shift, were really helpful. Of course, pricewise, it is on the expensive side. So, I would recommend to visit this place only when discretionary funds are available.

Came on a Thursday night it wasn't that crowded but the wait is a little longer than expected. I got a small rocky road ice cream it was 7$ which in my opinion is a little pricey especially for a small. While first looking at it I thought it was gonna be barley anything but there was actually a decent amount of ice cream in it. The ice cream was good but I don't know if it was worth 7$.
