Hardee's - Claremont

Cold food, bad customer service, and an unstocked dining room. The man running the register didn’t even speak to us. It was insane. Don’t waste your time here.

Just bad all around. Had to turn around to go back and request fresh fries as mine were hard and cold. Was a little annoyed, too tired to be upset. Customer service wasn 't bad , more non-existent . Those fresh fries were COATED in salt. Couldn 't eat them anyway. Like sucking on a salt lick. At this point I 'm a little upset. Sandwich had SO much mayo on it the patty wouldn 't even stay in the bun. So now I 'm upset enough to complain.

Awesome Hardee's!!!! I go here multiple times a month and every time my order is right!!! Not one time have they missed items or have given me the wrong things. They are always super polite and smiling. The prices are pretty reasonable, but for the service that I receive here, I'd pay a lot more. The only down side to this establishment is that the parking lot is super small and I drive a big truck for work and it's kind of hard getting in and out of the parking lot. But there again, I don't mind because of the service that I get. The bathrooms are always really clean and reasonably stocked with toiletries. Like I said, I go here about 8-12 times a month, and I always get very good service and food from here. So if you're in the neighborhood and are needing something to eat, please go to Hardee's in Claremont because you won't be disappointed with the food or service!!!

Biscuit was great but they did not put my hash rounds in the bag. I did not know until at home and would have to drive 10 to 15 min to let them know.

Food Was Really Good....Bacon Egg and Cheese Was Perfect Biscuit Was Baked And Not Half Baked Liked Most Places in the Morning....
