The Quarter Creole Cuisine - Claremont

I usually don’t write reviews, but this restaurant deserves all the praise for its fantastic New Orleans cuisine. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could! The food is incredible, packed with flavor, and the cheesecake is absolutely to die for—so delicious! I also loved the cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Tracy, our server, was a delight and made our experience even more enjoyable. If you want to experience a taste of New Orleans, you have to visit Roux Creole Cuisine Restaurant in Laguna. You won't be disappointed!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff genuinely cares about your dining experience. The servers are quick to respond and attentive, ensuring your wine glass is filled and your water cup never runs dry. The culinary team is professional, calm, and eager to accommodate your requests while answering any questions you may have. The menu boasts a variety of flavorful dishes that are generously portioned, leaving you comfortably full. With such a dedicated staff and delicious food, I couldn't ask for more. I left feeling extremely satisfied!

This restaurant is fantastic! As someone from New Orleans, I can say the food is exceptional. The staff is wonderful, and did I mention how amazing the food is?

We went twice to Roux and the food was both excellent. C'est si bon! We had the crust fish biscuits, catfish, salmon, crustaceans and bread pudding beg our two visits and they were all great. The service was excellent both times.

We have been twice and the food is amazing, the flavors are incredible. Service is great, and Chef Norm is such a generous person. We went for my Grandson’s 14th birthday and Chef Norm and the staff could not have been more gracious. Will be back soon, highly recommend this lovely restaurant.
