I’ve now visited this location twice and both times they gave about 1/3 a bowl in terms of the rice and chicken. Twice now I was able to see through to the rice through the chicken and could count maybe 15-20 small pieces of chicken. This is not at all what I paid for and the one on Foothill serves justifiable portions. Even after ordering the beef, still the same result, bowl not even half way full of my choice of protein and rice. Will not be returning unless this location adjusts its serving sizes to match other locations and the price of the bowl itself.
Beware of this store! The manager Imelda is not a manager. There was an issue with an online order not being received. The manager claimed the issue was on my part, claiming I selected the wrong store or a different date. Upon reading verbatim what the app showed she continued to blame me and refuse to make the food. In addition to that there is no way to recover the money I have been charged or the reward I used as well. This store has consistently gone downhill over the past year and a half. I will no longer be coming to this store and I highly recommend you choose an alternate WaBa in the area. If I was the strip mall owner I would push this mid-managed and unethical business out before it affects the rest of the tenants.
