Secret gem in Claremore! The falafel sandwich was delicious! Great place for vegan food. They also have a platter.

I usually enjoy this restaurant, but today the portions were smaller than usual, and my falafel was greasy and unappetizing. Even my salad was reduced in size! What’s happening? No thanks!

The website promises friendly service and the freshest ingredients, and at Bill Ruth's in Claremore, they truly deliver on that! I ordered the trio sub with jalapeño sauce and their famous dressing, and it was an excellent choice. The freshly baked bread was delicious, and my sub was packed with generous portions of fresh meats, cheese, and cold vegetables, precisely as I requested. Their attention to detail really stood out! This place exceeded my expectations in terms of freshness, flavor, value, and the warm friendliness of the staff. I can't recommend it enough!

Management, I’ve seen your generic responses to reviews; if that’s all you can offer, then please don’t bother replying to me. If you truly wanted to improve customer service, you wouldn't have so many one-star reviews. I understand it’s difficult to find workers, and even harder to find those with common sense and customer service skills. However, it seems like management just doesn’t care anymore—it’s all about the money. I’m out!
