Applebee's Grill - Clarendon County

This place is a joke! We walked in and didn’t get greeted, after waiting 5 minutes we finally got seated. The server took us to the table and walked away. She come back to ask us what we wanted to drink 15 minutes later. About 10 minutes after getting us drinks she took our order. It took a hour to get our food and I believe if I had never said anything we never would have got it!! Plus the bathroom was very nasty and the manager said we were gonna get a discount and never gave us one!

Cashier very pleasant However, my Mushroom Swiss burger without the mushroom and Fries was Very SALTY. Took one bit and couldn't eat it. I called to inform them about it but the manager Flo wasn't in. Check# 7538-1301320 I will appreciate it if someone contacts me. $14.00 for salt!!!! Very disappointed.

My server was new and training. She made some minor mistakes but did very well and enthusiastic. I look forward to returning since the staff was so welcoming and the food was DELICIOUS. Try the Handcrafted Bourbon Mushroom Swiss Burger and Boneless Chicken ️

The food was good, however I had to go ask the bartender for a refill of tea as well as sweet and low, because our waiter dropped off the food and didn't come back until he dropped off the bill.

Horrible experience. Knowing it was a simple chain restaurant, I already had my expectations on the food. Service was awful. We were the ONLY table out of eight others that had plastic silverware. Also was told they were out of straws, but every other cup at other tables had straws. Ordered an appetizer, and it never came. Never once got asked how the food was, but the table next to us was approached twice and they were served from the same waitress.
