Ihop - Clarendon County

Our server, I believe her name was Shylah, was amazing and checked on us several times throughout our meal even when they were short staffed. The food was also 10/10. This may have been the best IHOP experience we have had out of dozens!

My family and I came in Monday at noon. The place had a few costumers seated but no staff in sight. My family, plus two other parties waited an extensive amount of time to never even be seated. We left for Waffle House even though we wanted pancakes. Ridiculous.

I was picking up at a delivery and it's always says it's ready but when you get in there it takes forever to get the order so you can deliver it

It's been 47 minutes so far and we only have our drinks. I ordered one breakfast sampler to share with my 5 yr old. Still waiting. We ended up leaving 55 minutes into waiting for our food. The waitress who I hadn't seen in over 40 minutes sure did walk to my car to tell me I needed to pay for drinks which were barely touched. We went to celebrate veterans day with my husband and we waited for 2 hours an 1/2 for our cold food and the waitress said enjoy your food and left us without any forks or knife. And she returned back in 10 minute and we asked about the forks she said that they dont have any clean and have to wait even more time. Terrible service.
