Feedback gevenTerrible customer service. My husband who is disabled and dependent on a wheelchair ordered a #7 (turkey sub- Mikes way, add mayo). When he opened sandwich, there was only turkey, cheese and mayo. Staff refused to upgrade to a larger sandwich and remake due to inconvenience. Staff stated they could only remake the same sandwich. Order was paid with a gift card. When he asked for a refund he was told he would still have to come back with gift card to get money put back on card. What has happened … – show
Great subs and quick service even during the lunch rush. High quality ingredients as always resulting in tasty subs.
I never really eat jersey mikes and we got a coupon in the mail went. Walked in and no one said anything we are standing in front of the counter for at least 3 minutes with 3 people behind the counter (two young men and and a young women) said not a word. Ordered our food and I wanted a roll up of turkey meat and cheese for my one year old and they tried to charge me 9 dollars for it!!! I told them I didn’t even want it. Thats more than a sub!. Two young guys working tonight when I came in for my pick up order, neither one acknowledged me or even looked my way when I said hello. There were no customers in the store and it was obvious that they just didn’t want to be at work.
