The Pasta Station - Clarendon County

I was not impressed by the tortellini I ordered today but I was even less impressed by the service I received. The server was rude and snarky from the time I tried to order gnocchi and they wouldn't let me change the sauce, saying “the chef would not do that”, so I asked for a moment to look at the menu again and he had an attitude about it. Looking forward to dining here, but was totally ignored by the hostess. We and another customer were waiting 2 feet from the hostess. She turned away without acknowledging us and began to stack menus. She then took a phone in order. We waited patiently until she completed the call. The food and service were great. Regarding the decor, it is definitely a step up from most “Italian” restaurants. You can still tell that it used to be a Pizza Hut but that's only because of the shape of the outside of the building.

Food was very good, service was very good, but the prices were over the top. Two plates of pasta, two salads, one shared desert and three glasses of wine cost me $160 including tip. Very poor value for the money. I was charged a surcharge for using a credit card. We won't be back.

What a great Gem we found! Food was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and nice. We had a large party of 14 and all food came out Hot and fresh. Only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 was we were outside which was lovely except the loud cars driving by, but not owners or staffs fault. I had the lobster risoto, HOT FRESH Baked bread, amazing Caprese Salad all super DELICIOUS! If you are in the area you must TRY IT!
