Horrible! Customer service And the Smoothie was horrible also. a I was double charged! My total was $27.38 for 2 smoothies! and I haven’t received a refund! I was told it’s no manager working and the store doesn’t have an assistant manager, the employee stated she doesn’t even have the corporate number. Haven’t had a good experience at this location yet… service is always terrible and wait times are horrendous. I’m pretty patient but they take it to a new level. Sometimes I think they wait a long time to take your order in the drive through to see if you will just leave. They also always have an attitude while taking your order or when you are at the window. This was probably my last visit
Drive thru service very slow. Great smoothies if you don't mind a long wait. Shouldn't have to wait 16 plus minutes when only one car is in front of you.
Drive through is terrible. Had to wait 5 minutes while they had a side conversation. Took 15—20 minutes to get our $7 smoothies and our order was wrong. Veteran to veteran, your employees are reining your business.
