I was in line for over 45 minutes, estimate 8 cars in front when I pulled in. I waited at the window for 8 minutes for my food, and they had 2 people just at the window so seemed staffed. Service was friendly, my order was accurate and the food was good. But I wish there was a way to post estimated wait time at the entry; I'd had a pretty long day already. Other Wendy's I passed on the way home had no cars, and the BK I stopped at for Hubs had only me in the drive thru.
Meat was not cooked enough. It was still pink. And it took so long at the drive through that someone had felling asleep sitting in line when we first got there
Worst experience ever. First off, we get there and the cashier is paying more attention to her coworker friend. They were talking and laughing, possibly at others. Then we ask for a plain chicken sandwich, and they added mayonaise, cheese, and bacon. The food finally starts coming out, and the girl is rolling her eyes, slamming food on the trays. The girl making fries isn't wearing gloves, which wouldn't be horrible if she didn't have to break up the bacon to put on the pub fries. The cashier's … – show
Doors locked waited 15 minutes in the drive thru ordered a frosty and was informed at the drive thru window that it was that they had to mix and it was going to take another 15 minutes
