I didn’t receive my food, and when I tried to call for help, I was unable to get through to anyone. Unfortunately, I ended up losing my meal and won’t be returning because of this experience. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Miles Wood was an exceptional employee who exceeded my expectations. As a disabled senior visiting for a soft serve cone, I felt like I was being treated as a close friend!
