Chicharon Bulaklak: This dish is a crowd favorite, consistently praised for its excellent taste. Sisig: Another winner, the sisig here is known to be flavorful and satisfying. Dinuguan: While generally well received, some diners find the dinuguan to be a bit on the dry side. Overall, Fontillas Bulaluhan Clark seems like a great place to try Kapampangan cuisine, especially if you're a fan of bulalo, chicharon bulaklak, and sisig. Just be aware that the dinuguan may not be as saucy as you like.
