Feedback gevenTerrible drive-thru employee on 4/18 at dinner time. Literally sighed when I confirmed part of my order after asking with astonishment at wanting to purchase 12 burritos. After taking payment, she then said you need to park up front, before slamming the window closed. I then sat in front of the restaurant for half an hour, waiting on 12 bean burritos. I then went inside to find that they had not even begun to make my order. And Laura, the GM, refused to even acknowledge me after an employee pointed her out and i called her name. I stood in the lobby for another 20 minutes, being ignored by Laura.
When in the order food the girl came around the corner and had me order through the kiosk instead of waiting at me I wanted to pay cash but couldn't pay cash for the kiosk one of the receipt had a hard time getting 1 and the food was OK
I ordered $50 worth of food delivery. When it arrived I was mad. Food was so skimpy. I Ordered 4 BOXES and OUR crunch Supremes was about ¼ inch thick, our tacos had about 1 teaspoon of meat lettuce and cheese. No . I got 2 pizzas and they also were thin and lite. Our drinks had more ICE than soda. I had heard to always go in that the DRIVE THRU ONLINE were SKIMPY . NOW I BELIEVE IT. PEOPLE ALWAYS GO INSIDE TO ORDER. The money you spend is not worth it. Don't know who owner or manager are but THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES...BEWARE!!!
20 plus minutes in the drive thru for a crunch wrap, 3 soft tacos, and a quesadilla. The drive thru smells like sewer, and all of my food was cold when i got it. The crunchwrp was mushy, soggy with no crunch at all. Worst experience at Taco Bell ever.
I love Taco Bell. But no two locations are the same This one's Pro's: Fast service. Workers were cool. Bathroom unlocked. Cons Soda machine didn't have ice Pop was flat One nacho cheese sauce never enough for a nacho fry order
