Mike Audia's Catering - Clarksburg

I ordered 3 big Mike sandwiches. They were cold. My bread was very soggy. Had a very bland taste. Did not taste good at all. Spent over 35.00 . The sandwiches are 10.00 a piece. Very Very Dissatisfied. Will NOT go back

Visited the new Audia’s restaurant tonight and took the porker sandwich on brioche bun with speck and shiny and the homemade wurst mac cheese. that is absolutely brilliant. this restaurant is worth it, after the restaurant impossible TV reconstruction and relaunch. the smiling of the owner is definitiw contagious. we're coming back.

Wonderful food, fresh smoked meat, bbq pork, brisket, huh clean, family owned and operated. great price for portions of lakes on restaurant impossibility summer 2019. try to love bbq.

We’re new residents to West Virginia, first experience with the food here was at a catered outing. Food was delicious, checked out the restaurant with a friend visiting from out of state, again, food was delicious. Went back a 2nd time with my husband, good experience all the way around. Watched the Restaurant Impossible episode and was so impressed, we will definitely be making this a occasional stop.

My husband and I bith ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The sauce was smoky and sweet, we bith enjoyed it. I didn't like the coleslaw, I had it as a side and it was warm, but it may habe been under the heat lamp. The chips could have used a tad more salt buy the were freah and crispy. My teenagers both had the fries with brisket and gravy. Neither one liked it. They said it was mushy and tasteless. Our waitress seemed to be a but shy but she was very friendly. The menu had a nice selection. We will be back.
