Papa Johns Pizza - Clarksburg

I usually don't review big food chain stores like this but I wanted to because the customer service stood out! I placed an order for 4 pizzas for my teenagers birthday hang out and it was suppose to be ready at 12:25 but it was some mins late but the lady that worked today (Sat 5/11) greeted me when I walked in and told me that 3/4 pizzas were done and just needed a couple mins. Then asked me if it was for a party and gave me plates and napkins. That was so nice of her to make things easier. The store was clean and the pizza was good. The only thing is the crust was half thin and half normal. Not sure if they can perfect that but the kids didn't care. Parking was a breeze, I was in and out. Will order here again.

This location is quite similar to other Papa John's branches. I've experienced some delays when picking up my order in-store, but my food has always been accurate and fresh when I finally receive it.

The food tasted great my driver was polite and delivered in the time frame predicted by the app. The price was not cheap so I would expect it to be hot not lukewarm. Sorry you charge a premium price you should be held to a higher standard.

I would really like to give a good review for this store. But when mishaps happen once then twice I tend to go somewhere else rather than fool around with these people. I went inside to order a Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. I got home and ther was a plain cheese pizza, NO PEPPERONI!! What the... Anyway I was ticked off but I let it go thinking it was just a miscommunication. The next time I went to this store was a couple of weeks later. I ordered the same thing. This time I got home and there was only about 10 pepperoni slices on the whole pizza! Shaq-a-Roni is supposed to have double cheese and double pepperoni. It definitely didn't look like the one on TV. Also, there was no other customers in the store when I arrived to pick up my pizza yet the worker ignored me for like 5 minutes saying nothing at all. It was only when a worker returned from delivering a pizza that I was even acknowledged- not by the worker that ignored me but by the returning delivery guy! There are too many other choices for good pizza than Papa Johns so I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry Shaq.

My food was over an hour, and a late and cold. I ordered 6 wings.bone in and revived boneless pieces the garlic parm was worst never again
