Starbucks - Clarksburg

I?ve been to this Starbucks many times over the years and they?ve never disappointed. I went again earlier today and the staff was so polite! I would mention them if I could remember their names, but the woman who was at the register was very outgoing and polite, and had a genuine smile while taking my order. The man who made the drinks was very amicable and made friendly conversation with other customers. They deserve a 5/5 rating, and I?ll be happily going to this location many more times in the future!

The manager claimed that she wanted to charge me for not adding water to my drink. Craziest thing I've ever heard. I've ordered the same drink for years across the country and have never been charged to not have ice or water. Additionally, she didn't listen and got my order wrong.

Its to expensive one small coffee for 5.75$ that i can buy a jar if instant coffee and last for a month. My kids are addicted to it and its not worthy, $5.75 we can buy 2 -3 burgers at Mcdonald

Hope you have enough time to wait... There is no sense if urgency... 1 person to handle multiple orders makes no sense... And the staff member here today should leave her attitude at home next time...

Great location (it?s in the Harris Teeter) and friendly staff! Drinks are always super refreshing! Keep in mind it does get busy though.
