Feedback gevenI placed an online order at this restaurant, but when I arrived, they couldn't find my food. I confirmed the address and order number, but the manager said they couldn't locate my order. They rushed me out without receiving my food or refunding the $50 spent. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, neither the restaurant nor the corporate office returned my calls. I am seeking advice on how to recover my money or pursue a legal claim through small claims court.
I called to see if their dining room was open and theirs is still closed. I don't know what their reasoning is, weather it's covid or lack of employees. If you want to dine in go to the Captain D's on Riverside
Went to get food and forgot to order a drink so I was going to at the window, asked for a large sweet tea and the guy just stared at me, then said well we don’t have any large cups I can get you a sauce followed by what sauce you want. Staff are trash and need to be fired.
The girl running the drive thru was not a very pleasant person. She looked like she didnt want to be there so if she was miserable then everyone else should be. Not sure that I would ever visit that location again. The food was good. It is ashame that a bad attitude would ruin a business ?.
The raw fish at this restaurant was terrible, and the customer service was awful. There was a super long wait, and I had to cook the food at home in an air fryer. It was disgusting! I couldn't return to the restaurant because I took a Lyft there and couldn't afford the ride back on my fixed income. I don't want the food replaced, I want a full refund.
