Chick-fil-a - Clarksville

Man this place is popular. Granted, it was a Saturday afternoon but this Chic Fil A was crazy busy. I will say for the volume of business they were doing they were being as friendly and efficient as possible. Our food arrived at our table much faster than I was expecting and everything was delicious. I don’t know exactly what they do with their chicken here but it is by far my fast food favorite.

I understand this place is packed full of customers during the lunch rush. I noticed that they pre-cook a lot of food and put it in a hot area because otherwise they would not be able to keep up with the amount of customers. That is fine. Overall it is an average location when I consider all aspects of it. I did have an incident with another customer one time I went there...but that is on the customer, not the business.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Every time I go my order has been forgotten and not once has an employee bothered to ask why I've been waiting for over 15 minutes when it's slow while still checking on other customers.

I only ordered some waffle fries (which are the best!). The service was quick, efficient, and friendly.
