Chipotle Mexican Grill - Clarksville

It’s a middle of the road Chipotle. The building is clean which is very much appreciated! The food portions can be kind of a mix, sometimes you get all the meat other times it seems like they half scoop you. The people working there are kind enough it’s just very middle of the road.

The order was picked up and I was the closest drop off, but no....the driver went 40 minutes out of the way!!!!!! Ridiculous. My food was cold. Not worth the money or tip.

The Employee that was serving us was very nice had a lot of patience but the manager or assistant manager other person that she asked a question for us had a very bad tone. Zero patience trying to rush us when only one other person was in line not busy. Her body language had a lot of attitude. The 1st lady did an amazing job didn’t rush us had good amount of food being put into our order, but the other lady had no patience and grabbed the food from the employee and was just throwing rest of food on with no thought. The atmosphere made us feel very unsafe very uncomfortable just the way the other lady was acting. I get not everything can be served into store only from mobile order but it’s one thing to treat people with such hatefulness the worker customer. Will never return to this location

I would give this location zero stars if it were possible. But unfortunately Google allows you to at least give them one star. I don't think they even deserve a half a star! While I do enjoy Chipotle, this one is subpar. 99% of the staff is rude, uppity, and ignore you if you don't look like you have money falling out of your I know that most people believe that they're feelings, pronouns, or their gender is the most important thing in the world, but they will learn that the world does not revolve around them. I highly suggest you stay away from this Chipotle, especially if you're wearing any kind of Pro-America, pro 2A, or any sort of conservative shirt. Trust me, it's only going to make your visit that much more miserable.

Tldr; Portion sizes have shrunk, prices have increased, would not recommend.I never write reviews, but this location has been going downhill in both service and portion size for months now. I have left feedback with the corporate website, but I guess no one really acts on that. I used to come here every week and I knew almost everyone who worked there. Now, I don't waste my time anymore. You have to practically beg for portions that don't even fill a whole serving spoon. And, don't even ask for an adequate amount of cheese. I asked some of the new employees what was going on, and their reply was that the Owner and Manager had put new rules in place to basically withhold portions and charge extra for everything.Unfortunately, I have quit going to this location and recommend others skip it.For all I know, this is coming down from corporate, as CMG has been missing on revenue estimates for 3 of the last 4 quarters.
