Chopsticks - Clarksville

We visited Chop Sticks in Clarksville Thursday 11/3/2022. Received the second flier in the mail, June and October, both stating buffet now open. I asked why there was no buffet in the year they have been advertising and was told by cashier “well it won’t ever open, our business is carry out”. I asked the other guy working and he rudely asked us to leave because we didn’t order carry out. I said why are you advertising BUFFET for over a year, even on the new October 2022 flier and he said “ none of your business “!!! HORRIBLE experience, and we were the only people in the restaurant. They have a drive tru, so obviously I pulled up. When I got to the window they told me that drive-through is pick up only so I proceeded to pull around the building park, and go into order. I stood in front of them for about 10 minutes asked if I could order multiple times and everybody just looked at me with confused faces after about 20 minutes of standing there I decided to leave .Terrible customer service

My favorite Chinese food spot in Clarksville. Seems like it would be another copy/paste Chinese restaurant, but they are so good!! The fried rice is amazing, not the yellow cheap kind, but ACTUAL fried rice. And the crispy spicy sesame beef is DELICIOUS!!! Love the drive thru window when I'm in a hurry and they even offer a buffet at lunch!

So only giving a 3 bcz food just ok being from Chicago used to China town their representatives that answer the phones aren't very friendly...no thank you just hang up...and they say Chicago is rude...hmmm

Never sey never but NEVER!!! #1 the ordered was delivered 1 hr 20 minutes after i placed it. #2 the food tasted like a microwave tv diner dry chewy. #3 we didn't receive all of our meal. Score F- I paid $30 for a $3 dinner, hell no!!!
