Domino's Pizza - Clarksville

The store manager is the only one able to make an order. I've ordered from here many times and there are missing ingredients, missing items all the time. Always a dissatisfied experience. This is my last time ordering from here: I paid for premiumchicken buffalo pizza and the pizza they gave me was cheese pizza with the scrap ingredients that they had left. Didn't find thechicken nor the buffalo sauce. SKIP THE PLACE.

Last couple of orders on line have not been good. I ordered a large New York style pizza with extra cheese and beef and paid almost 24.00 and I picked it up at the store. Needless to say the topping were very spurious. Probably will not be ordering from them again.

Definitely do not recommend!! Visiting in the area, ordered a pizza on the Domino’s app to be delivered to our room. After 30 minutes the tracking status still showed it was in “Quality check”. I called the store and the employee stated that their delivery drivers were backed up and our pizza would be delivered. He never once asked for my name, what I ordered, or where it was supposed to be delivered! Two hours later I received a text that our order was canceled, to call the store if I had questions. I again called the store and spoke to the same employee, who offered no explanation or apology, again did not ask for my name or anything else! All he said was “I don’t understand, it had to be delivered.” I told him it was not delivered and my PayPal account better not be charged. He replied that they had been receiving calls all night about late deliveries and canceled orders! Again, no apology, and offered no assurance that I would not be charged! Normally have always had good service at Domino’s but not at this store, terrible!

I have tried over and over again but can’t get a hot pizza from them. If you like cold, old, yesterdays style pizza, they have you covered. We even called to make sure we’d get fresh food this time.

Never get worse food before from any other Domino's we have been to. We got dessert that did not even look good. Also spinach feta cheese stuffed bread without spinach is super greasy. When we called whoever was on the phone to handle it very poorly. If they keep going like it. It will eventually ruin this brand's reputation. Please check on your food for carryout before you leave the store
