Wonderful manager or supervisor! She made my daughter feel like the diva she is. thanks for being our girl ingenious!

We have followed a late football game for a quick bite. it took them 20 minutes to “decide who was our waitress” lasted another 45 minutes to get our food (dashed wings and a byalate) beforehand came with main meal. the wings and fries were cold, the salat in the salat was old and devastated. we could probably have forgiven something if the service was better, but our waitress hardly said two words to us and seemed just mad that we were sitting in her section or that she was pulled to serve us either as we never go back.

The waitstaff at this restaurant were unprofessional and rude. One waitress sat at a table with her friends and drank drinks while ignoring customers. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our drinks, which were served incorrectly. Our food took 10 minutes to arrive at our table, only for the first plates to be served cold. We were not provided with any cutlery. When we asked to speak to a manager about the poor service, they never came to address our concerns. This was my first visit here and I do not plan on returning.

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:00pm on Sunday. It took 20 minutes before a waitress finally came to take our drink order. After another long wait, our drinks were brought to the table. We then had to wait at least 20 more minutes before we were able to order our food. It took another 20 to 30 minutes before our food was served. We ordered steamed shrimp and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. At the end of our meal, I had to physically get up and stand by the table to get the waitress to bring us the check. Overall, the service was absolutely unacceptable.

We visited to celebrate my nephew's 19th birthday. Our server was exceptional and the food was delicious. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!
