Jack In The Box - Clarksville

Just went through drive thru and ordered a #7 and a cheesecake and never got the cheesecake. Tried to call the number listed on google maps and it is disconnected...Food: 4/5

I can tell the difference in the revamp of this location. It is a welcoming change in all aspects of look, feel and service. This is a welcoming upgrade for this establishment. Just months ago before the temp shutdown, it was like a game of roulette with service and food. I still liked food options, but if you were unlucky that day you'd be ready to curse at the audacity of food that was prepared and actually given to you. Hopefully these changes remain and will help restore faith in this restaurant.

I haven’t had any bad experiences which is more than I can say for most places. I really only ever get churros there every couple months. They’re amazing.

I had the worst day, so me and my partner went out to get something to eat. Little did we know, we were about to have the BEST drive thru encounter with one of the guys working here. He was so friendly snd goofy and really made our day : (food was good too 10/10 experience

Drive thru is not 24 hours, was told it opens at 5 when I tried to get breakfast before work. In addition, doors are unlocked but they are drive thru only and will not serve you at the front counter. No signs posted anywhere that I could see informing customers of this. Blame for this is on corporate I suppose.
