Smoothie King - Clarksville

This is the worst smoothie king I’ve ever been to. I order the same thing every time and it never taste the same. There’s always something missing. These smoothies are too expensive for the staff to leave out ingredients. Then there are people working here that can’t stop goofing off long enough or quit texting on their phones to wait on their customers. I came with a friend on Veterans Day and there were only 2 employees working. I don’t think the manager or proprietor of this location was prepared for the volume of business this place was going to face for Veteran’s Day. I am grateful to receive a free smoothie on Veteran’s day, I just think there should’ve been better preparation. The time from ordering and receiving my smoothie was about 45 minutes. The two girls working this morning were very courteous and had great customer service.

This location is great, employees are always friendly, and taste is consistent for the most part. Minus one star because I can never order with the app at this location. If you read this management, please fix!
