Starbucks - Clarksville

I didn't go inside, but the drive-thru experience was efficient. Every time I've ordered drinks here, they've always been accurate and delicious. The egg white bites are consistently hot and tasty. The service is always friendly.

Out of drink carriers. So I asked for a bag to put 2 each in then told we aren't supposed to do that! Last order I was told you get charged more for no ice! My 1 drink out of 4 for my kid that has sensitive teeth we have to pay more?? Here I come Dutch Bros!! For the record I rarely post negative posts but the afternoon employees are very rude compared to the morning team as well. Do yourself a favor support someone else!

The new staff member was clearly overwhelmed on his own, and the managers didn't seem to be interested in providing decent service. I waited for 20 minutes in an empty store during the day without anyone acknowledging me. When I returned to the counter, the woman was rude, even though I was patient and understanding. This was the worst service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks. Clarksville, you need to improve!

Everything I Pass through Clarksville, There are several Starbucks but they all close at 9pm. Wth??? Drivers need to refill their thermos... didn't used to be this way Used to be open til 11.

Very friendly people working here and the products are always excellent. Usually there is a decent wait in store or in car line. Moves along decently though. Highly recommend!
