Feedback gevenToday, I went to get a sub for dinner, and I usually love getting them from Subway, but today was disappointing. I found hair in my sub, and I had asked for extra mayo, but they put ranch dressing on it instead. The ranch tasted like it was watered down, which was not great. Overall, today wasn’t a good experience. I hope my next visit will be better!
The restaurant claims to close at 9 PM, but they actually shut their doors at 8:30 PM. This is a sign of poor management. Additionally, the staff tends to ignore customers when you attempt to get their attention.
I work nearby and usually stop by this Subway a few times a week, but my experience today was very disappointing. I ordered a footlong Cali turkey club, and I found only two flat pieces of turkey on one side and three on the other. It was obvious that the sandwich maker was trying to hide the small amount of turkey and quickly covered it up with bacon. I just don't understand what anyone gains from serving half the portion that was paid for. I approached a worker, pointed out what the sandwich was supposed to have, and asked for the additional turkey pieces to be added. Unfortunately, the girl laughed and started discussing me with her coworkers. I'm not sure if she realized I could still hear her, but she seemed indifferent about correcting her mistake. I've known her manager for many years and have always been a satisfied customer until today. I plan to reach out to her.
It's Subway! While it's not the best sandwich out there, they have the ingredients and the time to make it just right, so here we are. The line was short and moved quickly. The staff didn’t seem too thrilled to serve me, but they were polite enough. The place was clean and well-stocked. I always go for the spicy Italian loaded with pickles—it hits the spot every time. They’ve never been out of the ingredients I want. Overall, not too shabby for Subway.
The young man who served me seemed disinterested and lacked friendliness. He could benefit from displaying more enthusiasm in his role, as interacting with customers is an essential part of his job. Food rating: 3/5.
