Taco Bell - Clarksville

We asked for the deluxe box and substituted the chips and cheese for cinnamon twist. We had to ask for the drink and the cinnamon twist. We also asked for 2 quesadillas and the person who took our order only put down one after we asked for 2 multiple times. Never ended up getting the second one and the employees seemed to not care about our order or their jobs. Sad to see kids act this way nowadays

Terrible window worker on Thursday DEC15th at 1215. I understand if you hate your job but you don’t need to take it out on us. Basically threw my bag at me and when I asked for Hot sauce, he gave me the rudest look because it was such an inconvenience, handed me mild and slammed the window door.

Tried to go inside to eat breakfast with my family and it's 10:20 amThe door was locked. A guy who was already inside tries to open it. An employee that was outside said they don't open until 10. Then she realized it was past 10, so she said she would go check.About 4 employees at this point have a convo inside by the door while we wait outside confused.Finally, a guy who looks like a manager comes outside and says they aren't opening their dining area because they are short staffed. mind you 4 employees were currently at the door talking.We drove down to riverside and their doors are open. Employees friendly and they have 4 employees working the kitchen. Glad we changed locations this location is very clean and very welcoming!

Ordered 2 breakfast Crunchwraps and a Cinnabon iced coffee. Crunchwraps were fine, but the iced coffee had no ice, and was room temp. It tasted like they made it for someone else earlier and they never picked it up, so instead of making a new one they just gave me the watery brown drink. Lol I don't think I'll order that again. ?

Angel is the only reason this place gets 4 instead of a 1.The person who was on the intercom got my order wrong. No problem everyone messes up every now and thenI could hear the manager yelling at Angel for fixing my order telling her that I need to come in if I want anything else. Angel stood her ground making sure the customers are getting what they ordered.The manager is extremely toxic and should be fired.Angel should get a raise.
