It was an incredibly busy Saturday morning, with 15 cars lined up at the drive-thru and 8 customers inside. The staff were very professional and courteous, providing excellent service. Despite the high volume of customers, our food was ready in a reasonable amount of time.
I didn't end up ordering anything at this restaurant because the service was incredibly disappointing. I approached the guy at the counter and greeted him with a friendly "Hey, how are you?" He just stood there with his arms crossed and a blank look on his face. I thought maybe he didn't hear me, so I tried again, giving him the benefit of the doubt since I know service workers can have tough days. But instead of responding, he huffed in annoyance and asked, "What can I get you?" Are you serious? Is he really upset just because I wanted to order coffee? It felt incredibly unwelcoming to see him standing there with crossed arms, huffing at customers. Honestly, it was such a turn-off that we decided to leave and find a place with staff who were friendly and engaged. I gave this review one star because there's no option for zero!
It was very busy on a Sunday at noon, with the drive-thru line wrapping around the building, which seems to be a common occurrence. I initially received the wrong order, but the team member at the window quickly fixed the issue. Despite the high volume of customers, every interaction was pleasant.
