I am a huge fan of the pulled pork sandwich with fries, but the menu has a variety of dishes!!!So come on, stop by carrols restaurant in clay county west virginia. While your here, be sure to hit the elk River trail for a nature walk to cap off your family outting.

Out riding the wonderful roads of WV with a friend on our motorcycles and found this place.It is a great place to stop for some really good food.We both tried the chicken fried chicken and it was delicious.I highly recommend stopping in if you find yourself in the area!

Amazing people very friendly and great home cooked food good price .. very clean and well kept inside and out.. ohh and Fantastic pizza .. a definite must try.. Parking: Open good sized gravel parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into the restaurant.. gravel parking lot..tables with detached movable chairs.

Carols is a sleeper! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is absolutely delicious! The burgers are cooked to perfection using locally sourced meat and the fries are equally fantastic! I've eaten at countless burger places and cannot name a better one. The service here is also warm, attentive and inviting. I cannot say enough great things about this gem...remarkable for Clay County!
