Hardee's - Clay County

Went to this location at 7:45 pm on 2-11-22 and sat behind 6 cars in the drive thru. Watched all the cars pull off and when we got to the speaker box we sat there for 5 minutes and we drove to the window and no one was there. People went to the door and turned around.This store is the worst one out of all the clay county Hardee’s restaurants. Never have anything that is advertised.

I sat at your location for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come across the speaker then once I pulled around to the window you had 1 worker just chilling in the back while staring at us! The doors were locked before it was even time to close and he refused to answer the phones when I can see them standing there!!!! All of your equipment is still turned on but yet they are just chilling on the job! We will NOT BE BACK!!!! ????

They are always so slow. In the drive thru as well as in the dining room. Additionally, if I'm going through the drive thru, why do you not give napkins with my order? And since when do you not offer the appropriate condiment with my order? If I have fries or, in today's case, breakfast tots, most people use ketchup with that. Buyer beware, make sure you have all you need before you leave that window because they will not offer it!

Food has been OK what you would expect. Upset there is no way to call this store! Tried several times to call and goes to a fax number used the number that Google shows as their contact number. Tried another hardees did the same thing. Unfortunately i could not get a answer, went somewhere else instead.

Employees hide from customers within 30 minutes to closing because they would rather eat the food themselves than work. If management cared, they would check the cameras on 1/6/2022 at around 8:40. I hung out in the drive through for maybe 15 minutes and got ignored. Won't be bringing any more business via food delivery to Hardee's.
