Sushi Ai - Clayton

Kelsi was our waitress and she was amazing!!! the kitchen was super busy and our order came out a little late but kelsi was so nice and made sure we got everything we ordered, she made sure our drinks were never empty and checked in with us to let us know how things were going. the sushi was amazing as per usual, this is one of my fave spots, all of the servers are amazing and the sushi is always delicious.

Service was good, but the sushi rice flavor was not 100% as in the past. Lots of joking around and increased noise by culinary staff behind the sushi bar. Which was distracting from the meal. Server was great though.

Very rude I've been here a few times the last time we came we walked in and it was busy so we waited. We weren't greeted nobody said anything to us we didn't get an “how can I help you” ” seating will take 20 minutes plus” nothing completely ignored. People that walked in a few minutes after us were seated and helped then a few minutes after that somebody else can in and they immediately helped them while actively ignoring us I was appalled. With years of living in Japan and continuous visits to Japan I can vouge that sushi quality is good and at reasonable prices. The only issues I have are that the staff needs to improve on listening or reading what the customers ask for and some items need improvement. On several occasions I asked for extra ginger or searing to which no action was taken. The tuna tataki was too thick and hardly seared at all.
