Feedback gevenI went to Taco Bell around 9:30 and found that it had closed early. The closing time listed for the Clayton location was 10:00, so I called to confirm. However, the employee informed me that they had already closed and that all the ovens and grills were turned off. It would be helpful if the restaurant could stay open until the hours posted or update their closing times accordingly.
The staff is very disrespectful and unprofessional. We all deserve better treatment, but that doesn't excuse them treating their customers like garbage. There was finally no line around the building, so I rushed to order, only for the girl at the window to act as though taking my order was a bother. Not worth it!
I had to go to the drive-thru at 9:00 PM only to be told that Taco Bell was completely out of food. It's not surprising that they end up turning away cars in the line without taking any orders. It seems pointless for them to be open since they never seem to have all the items available and provide consistent service. There always seems to be some issue with this place.
There was hardly anything about my taco bell order. I have an article about several articles missing wrong. the cinnamon-crisis bites I ordered had something of it. they lubricated like paprika? order also lacked drinks that I caught and asked to make them.
After purchasing a taco party pack a couple of drinks and a crunch wrap, my wife brings it home to massive dissapointment. The hard tacos arnt even half full, and the soft are even less. The crunchwrap was asked for no tomatoes so they decided to fill the little amount of filling they did give with tomatoes. Honestly for $33 I should have gone ANYWHERE else!
