Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Clayton

Food was decent. Staff definitely needs better customer service. No greetings, No hellos, no smiles. I ordered the shrimp wrap, and wasn't sure what smoothie I wanted. I told them I wanted the pair and save but didn't want to have people waiting while I chose. The guy rung my food out without giving me the pair deal and wanted to charge me the full price for both. Terribly rude lazy employees that obviously don't want to be there. Don't waste your time or money.

I showed up during lunch rush, and apparently the two workers were absolutely SLAMMED. Something like a hundred orders in twenty minutes. These guys were probably ridiculously stressed but their customer service was stellar and they stayed positive and peppy with those of us in the Cafe. I didn't get their names, but whoever was was working at 12:30 on 3/14 should get a raise ASAP.

Placed an order almost $60 only to mess up my order 3 times and waited an hour between inside and outside with my wife and kids in the car waiting for me. I also tipped them after i placed the order before all the mess up. Never ever again.

I walked in and noticed there were two employees sitting in the dining area. They were extremely loud. The two women were using very vulgar language. They expressed how they “weren't going to do dishes” and so forth. They were very unprofessional. I politely asked them to stop yelling because they were giving me a headache.
