Skyboxx Restaurant Sports Bar Restaurant

The food was amazing! The service was great! The DJs are on point! Skyboxx is a great place with tons of potential. I avoided visiting for months because of the negative reviews. On a few occasions I did visit and there was only one server and every table was occupied. The servers remain was calm and do their thing regardless. I felt like the manager could have been more helpful in the situation but every leader is different. On the bright side; no one has a more reasonable happy hour. No one makes better drinks. The servers are down to earth and have a fun and friendly approach. If the service is less than great it’s usually not because of the server, but more than likely it’s a staffing issue.

We order food and drinks then about 20 Minutes later our server said she has to relocate us immediately and couldn't find a place to put us.. the manager told her huge party has reserved Spot however the waitresses wasn't made aware gave us our bill I had to pay for a Martini I couldn't finish. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced to think it's black owned.. I would never ever consider going back to Skybox

Decent spot to catch a decent vibe. Hit or miss with the staff attitude. 15 to 30% auto gratuity all times leaving you no option to tip based off of performance. Sneaky add-ons like charging people for sitting at the bar before an event and then charging them if they sit at the bar while the event comes on. Roof leaks when it rains.

A group of my colleagues went after work around 1 in the afternoon. We ate, drank, danced. In other words, we had a good time!

I would not recommend!! So you telling me all drinks our $15 then on top of that we didn’t even get a printed receipt she wrote our receipt for us !! Soo unprofessional and sneaky cause at this point I feel like they just robbed us cause we didn’t get a real receipt!! The bartender was so nonchalant and rude !! I’ll be contacting cooperate in the morning
