Liberty Cafe - CLE ELUM

The portion sizes are absolutely enormous. When you order a cinnamon roll, be prepared to receive an entire plateful! I've never been a coffee enthusiast, but Carla truly knows how to make a perfect brew. I'm not sure if it’s the mountain water, but it’s exceptional. This place has a loyal following, with many regulars. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. Plus, they now accept card payments!

This is an excellent spot—an iconic roadside diner with fantastic food. There's plenty of parking available, and they even have a drive-thru for espresso. The hours can be a bit unusual, and there aren't any outdoor seating options.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and all made from scratch. The cheeseburger was exceptional—cooked to perfection with top-notch bacon and just the right amount of seasoning. The fries were perfectly crispy as well. They even have designated spots for regular customers to store their cups! I can’t wait to visit this place again.

Breakfast was really good. Nice atmosphere. I would stop there again.
