Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I have been told to visit famous chicken for a while now. Good value is what we got. $12 for the chicken sandwich meal and it fills you up. Big boy sandwich compared to Popeyes. The gravy was very tasty too, I drank it after I ate my fries. A great location to visit if you’re interested in an oriental take on crispy fried chicken.

Consistently the best fried chicken you can get around here. I 've enjoyed Lee 's for years. I like sitting down for a three-piece with fries and gravy. Nice gravy with some crisp fries and some really tasty chicken.It 's absolutely a delight to be able to go here and get some of this stuff. There has always been a lack of other options in town but thankfully it 's not been a problem. <br/ Frankly if one day my only choice is KFC I 'm just gonna buy a fryer and make my own. Their stuff is funky, man.<br/ <br/ I will tend to agree with some of the other reviews that there 's sometimes an abrupt woman working there. I 've never personally had a problem with her but I 've seen her overreact in weird ways. I 'm not so sure she understands English all that well, but besides that she seems to have a bit of an uneven temper.<br/ <br/ The funniest scene I saw was when a guy and girl came in. Guy goes up and orders some food, pays up, and then gets his change.. but he realizes he has too much. The lady at the counter had made a mistake. So he says 'Oh, sorry. You gave me too much change! 'She clearly doesn 't understand so he says it again. 'You gave me a little too much change! I paid this and you gave me that. ' Like he 's just trying to clear it up. No big deal, right?<br/ <br/ But she just throws her arms up and says 'Nevermind! You can have full refund! ' The guy is dumbfounded and -still- trying to sort this out. 'Nononono! That 's not necessary! 'In the end it was not resolved, they got a refund AND the food because this lady got kinda bent out of shape when mildly confronted.I was just in the corner by the window eating and I saw that play out. Some people just aren 't cut out for that sort of stuff, dude. :y<br/ <br/ Oh yeah, don 't order the uh... popcorn chicken I think it was? Because it 's not 'Lee 's ' popcorn shrimp. It 's clearly some frozen store-bought garbo. I was really disappointed and never bothered with their side items again.<br/ <br/ Stick to the chicken and fries. That 's the winner.

Everything is good except that fucked up crazy Russian lady. So rude to every costumer. Chicken is very good though. They should hire new staff she drives everyone away

When I first came here, I couldn't believe how delicious the chicken was! I usually eat chicken in a sandwich, I totally enjoyed it because they put the right amount of mayonnaise in it. The fries are homemade are delicious with the gravy!

I would have to agree about the customer service. My family has gotten take out from this establishment several times and l would have to agree with Mavis Charlie's post...the customer service is very low. But we don't care for KFC so our options are limited for take out chicken. Maybe the owner will start to use better common sense with his business decisions concerning his employees but from the way the lady was treating the girl cooking in the back I got the feeling she was either the owner or a relative to the owner.
