**Stolen Card!!!** I went through the drive-thru this evening and, feeling tired, didn’t realize they hadn't given me my card or receipt until I got home. I immediately froze my card through my app and then tried calling the number listed online, only to find that it was disconnected or no longer in service, according to the recording. I went back to the restaurant, and sure enough, they had my card. When I asked if the employee's name was on the receipt, the young man said yes. However, when I checked the receipt at home, the cashier's name listed was "Carl's." Tomorrow morning, I will be calling the bank and the corporate office to report the incident. The only reason I gave them a 1-star review is because I had to in order to submit this review.
I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. The person taking our order stole our credit and debit card information and used it online. I've tried to call the location, but the phone was off the hook. It's really disappointing and frustrating. I'm going to contact corporate about this situation.
Great service and staff that obviously care for the quality of the food they make.
Always out of something. I don't care if its slow at night, its wrong to work alone what if something happened. Its should be posted if you stop serving at a certain time for the public, so your employees don't take the wrath of the public when theyorder. No ice cream/ shakes etc after 11pm. Easy.
