Arby's - Clearwater

Went to Arby's today, ordered the rib sandwich, only had 3 pieces of rib, hardly any sauce, and no onion straws, bun was hard and dry. Fries were lukewarm and the ruben we ordered was not thick like it used to be, bread wasn't the usual bread and wasdry. Very disappointing for almost $22. Will likely not be returning.

Arby 's sent us a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich that was missing the Onion Straws, BBQ Sauce and the cheese looked as if it was a day old and the entire sandwich was flattened as if it was sat on. And we requested Arby 's sauce and 2 chicken tender sauces andNO sauces were included. It 's amazing really. Do NOT order from the Palm Harbor US 19 location if you desire quality.

I love Arby's but this place ruined it for me. Not only were the fry's bottom of the barrel not one curly plus the beef and cheddar was so dry I couldn't take a bite without feeling like I swallowed a hard candy. Painful to say the least. Oh! And morecheese please!!! There is no cheese!!

We know this one well. Close to grandkid?s house so quick to take them there. Plus my wife loves the Jamocha shakes! Now I really like spicy foods, Thai is a favorite, so when I saw the ads for the Diablo sandwiches, we planned a visit with thegrandkids after Sunday church. Not very busy yet so we were waited on right away. Of course I ordered the Diablo Dare meal withDiablo Roast Beef sandwich and Diablo Fries. My wife and granddaughter opted for Roast Beef sandwiches, Curly Fries andshakes. Quickly our food was brought to our table. I went in for the fries. I was pleasantly surprised. The fries had a niceheat. Not like some chain?s ?Spicy? fare, which has little or no heat. These fries had heat! After a few minutes my nose startedrunning and my lips burned. Excellent! But the flavors still came through. The Diablo Roast Beef sandwich was also hot but notnearly as much as the fries. Plus the meal also came with a small shake that was soothing. My wife and granddaughter also triedone of the fries but were too hot for them. Plus, since our grandson didn?t make it today, I ordered Diablo Dare meal forhim. Being this was two days after Veterans Day, the lady that took our order and brought our food noticed my Marine CorpVeteran shirt and said she had something for me. She came back with a Desert Storm Marine Cap for me. She said a friend gave hera bunch of Marine uniforms that she gave to others but had the cap left. And I still have my Desert Storm Cammir uniform. Ithanked her for the gift. Now the rest of the story?. Later that evening the ?curse of the Diablo? struck and cleaned out mysystem repeatedly! Now at Taco Bell I consume their Diablo sauce with relish. It never affects me. But their Fire sauce alsoaffects me likewise. Plus we usually get Thai food at the top of the heat scale and no problem. But the Arby?s Diablo sauce alsomust have some ingredient that I cannot tolerate. Though I loved it, no more Diablo for me. This Arby's location is the worst Arby's I have ever been to. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and one time my sandwich had mold on it! I would not recommend going here.
