Burger King - Clearwater

I wanted to try her new Bacon King. Down there, it had two burgers, but 1 and 1/2 strips of bacon. Not thick bacon as advertised, but the thin slices as in precooked bacon. You wouldn't even know it was on it. Don't waste your money. It's not a Baconator. The onion rings were the only good product. Therefore they have 2 instead of 1 stars.

I was super impressed until the manager let me down? I stopped buying a cup of hot water. I was helped by 2 very friendly and helpful staff, one was clearly the training of the others. What I testified was a very acceptable and adaptable asset for your company to train a new employee to do the same. I was very impressed! No, they had no hot water in the menu. I was willing to pay for it and in the process when the manager without asking me or even kindly addressing, very unprofessional, and rude, how unacceptable that it was and in the future not to let it happen again. I felt so bad for the two who actually did an amazing job. You have a terrible manager. I have been doing Mystery Shopping for 20 years and have never seen such a terrible ad and an example of what is not to do and how to treat people. Kiss two girls you did great! Please don't let your manager ruin your fantastic setting!

Ordered from the bargain menu. Cashier gives full menu items. She corrected the order and said that chefs should not rebuild, but they did. So I had to go to the front door. Then things were missing. I corrected them and still not right. Didn't make tea, so no drinks were available. Not happy with the result. Onion rings so fat, no napkins in the bag.

Love her hepper, but you need to remember asking for ketchup, or else they won't give you anything. What about it?

Closed location?!? Went there during open business hours today and no one was there. Sat in the drive through. Nothing. Called the place. Nothing. Did they close this location down now?
