Burgerim - Clearwater

This is a terrible unorganized place to eat. The guy who took our order was rude and just wanted our cash. Sat waiting for my order when 7 drivers picked up food for deliveries before my food even came. He didn?t care at all that he had customer in his restaurant or interested in making sure they were happy and everything tasted well. Yet the food after a long wait was so gross! The Hawaiian salmon tasted like fish sticks you cook in an oven. The condiments were on the table in the sun and lids were so disgusting they reuse them and never clean them (see pics). Save your time and money and go to a clean restaurant and not feel like a burden for eating there. And whatever you do don?t use their bathroom!

The only reason this restaurant is getting one star is because of the concept. Flavor is ok. Kids chicken strips were burnt. Older Indian guy at the counter is rude and questioned my topping choices then exclaimed very loudly that all toppings were $1.09 each like I couldn?t pay for it. Sure.. I look tired but for Christ sakes I?m a working single mother ??????????? Soda fountain was dirty. Condiment bottles couldn?t be used because they were filthy. The health department should really get involved. I do not recommend going here at all. Such a waste of $30.

This review Is specifically about delivery. The sent a half empty sprite and a quarter bag of fries that are dried out and hard as a rock. Even with the buy one get one free deal I?ll never order again.

My boyfriend and I saw this place next to Ross and figured we should try it. The prices weren?t terrible and it was rated 3.5 stars. We order our food (I got the regular angus burger and my boyfriend got the Greek lamb burger) and go to get our drinks from the coke dispense machine. What do we find? There?s hardly any options. After we grab our drinks we sit down and wait for our food. It came out fairly quickly. My boyfriend went to take a bite of his ?greek lamb? and said it had no flavor, it wasn?t that warm and it didn?t taste good. It had no flavor. My regular burger was better. My boyfriend asked to switch the burger out for something different because it wasn?t good and they told him that they couldn?t do that and that my boyfriend would have to but whole new burger. The only reason why it got two stars is because my burger was decent and the fries were good. You get better flavor at Wendy?s. Wont come here again.

First and last time coming here terrible service, the guy at the register with the glasses Kevin literally told me to my face he is not going to exchange the burger. That was dry and cold. I ordered the Greek Lamb, and It only took two bites, one from me and one from my girlfriend to realize how terrible it was. Never ever coming here again.
