China 1 - Clearwater

They charged me for 15 soy sauces and only sent 4 then order shrimp fried rice and there was only 6 shrimp.... the little girl who took the order has no customer service skills and REFUSED to give me a refund and keep going back and forth with me..... I'm the customer so customer is always right, then they kept calling my phone and hanging up...... WORST CHINESE FOOD EVER DONT EAT FROM HERE. They are rude

They are no longer selling chicken wings whole they are cutting them. I ordered chicken wings and when I got home I only had drums they failed to inform me thru the phone when I ordered that they no longer have wings if I would’ve know that I would’ve saved time and gas going back and forth and ordered some places else.

We always order from China Taste and love it but decided to try something different today....don 't fix it if it ain 't broke!!! Not only is the order wrong but the customer service when I called was even worse..order something with shrimp and not one piece of shrimp, as i tried to explain there is no shrimp she kept cutting me off and telling me there is....unless its playing hide and seek, no ma 'am there isn 't...these people are very rude....the food is awful.....absolutely never again....if I could go with zero stars I certainly would have! Now I know when u order through doordash u can only refund through them and I wasn 't asking for a refund, but the only thing this person very rudely said was and i quote well what do u want me to do about it . P.S. if u don 't like mushrooms (which i don 't) u must specify because seems all their dishes are covered in them ??‍never had pork lo mien covered in them before ? China Taste is perfect every time!

I just moved to fl.. thought this place would be good.... It was awful. General tsos was literally tasteless. Crab Rangoon was not good either. Didn't even attempt the egg rolls.The fortune cookie was the only good part.The most tasteless Chinese I've ever had.. and I love Chinese food.

I got my low mein and the cabbage had black spots on it and tasted spoiled
