Feedback gevenWent there for a birthday lunch with hubby away from the kids and DQ is his favorite place no matter where we go so we stopped by this one. Burger was just ok. Fries were just a tad cold. My only big issue was getting the ice cream and then had to waitfor our order. Yes we were drive thru but still, why make the ice cream long before the food is ready so we ultimately threwaway the melted ice cream.
Drove thru this DQ 2 weeks ago. First of all the speaker doesn?t work, the lady didn?t even know how to take an order. Then I had to repeat the order to someone else. Order was wrong, I went in not one but twice to get things they missed. It wasabsolutely disgusting inside, I can see why they closed their lobby. Probably time for a health dept. inspection. I was worriedthe whole night I made a mistake by not just bringing all the food back in for a refund, instead we ate it, hoping we didn?t getfood poisoning. I will never be back to this location. Just nasty.
Visited on a busy Wednesday evening and they only had two crew members! Wow. One cook and one front counter worker. Understandably it took quite awhile to get a complete order, but they were troopers. The food still tasted great and the orderwas correct and complete.
This is actually a ZERO* review. We were here just now and the sign says they open at 10:30. We waited outside for 10 minutes to be told there would be no staff till 11:30. No sign on the door or in drive-thru. And no apology. Guess they just don't care.Another time we were here during hours no one was working. If you can't find staff to run a business you should just shut down.
Was here about 6pm at drive thru just to pick up a quick burger to eat on the way home, they couldn 't understand my order asked me to come to window. I got to window day there waited waited waited watched it seemed like chaos although Ididn 't see more than 3 cars in lot there was no one behind me, anyway as no one ever came over to the window, although theyclearly saw me, I finally just left..... Update.... I 'm not looking for any kind of free dilly bar, I just wanted a We 'lldefinitely be looking into this trying to solve this issue but I think by now looking at other reviews of your location your standard answer to all reviews of We hope you 'll give us another opportunity to any all complaints ,I probably won 't.It 's your business, looks like if you won 't be fixing it, you 'll be losing it.
